We are looking for

Key Account Mangager E-Commerce Germany / Austria (f/m/d)

Char-Broil is one of the largest grill brands in America. We are a family-owned manufacturer of grills and grilling accessories based in Columbus, Georgia, USA and distribute outdoor cooking equipment in Canada, Latin America and Australia. Since 2011, Char-Broil has also been active on the European market and was named Germany’s strongest growth brand by Best Brands and the market research institute GfK in February 2020.

For our European Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, we are looking for a Key Account Manager eCommerce & Omnichannel (f/m/d) as soon as possible, who will strengthen our e-Commerce business in Germany and Austria.

Your tasks
    • Strategically and proactively manage and grow existing e-commerce and/or omnichannel customers to boost sales and profitability in Germany and Austria
    • Utilize marketing strategies to increase online visibility and improve the customer experience      in online shops
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive sales
    • Continuously monitor and optimize sales processes to improve performance
    • Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budget controls to achieve sales targets
    • Continuously research, introduce new products, and optimize pricing and advertising strategies to drive sales growth
What you bring with you
    • University degree or comparable education, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or omnichannel
    • Several years of sales or key account experience in e-commerce or omnichannel
    • Experience with online sales analysis and reports
    • Proactive, structured and independent work style
    • Willingness to travel
    • Flexibility, motivation and drive
    • Strong social skills with good judgement of people and situations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
